WHAT SERVICE DO I NEED ?
Typically rental agreements require FLEA treatment inside and out after any tenancy where ANY pet was on the premises, we've even had a tenant having to pay for FLEA Treatment after having 1 bird in a cage ! Yes even a bird! Also if your PET was only OUTSIDE the Real Estates still require the INSIDE of the house to be treated ! So END OF LEASE Flea Control is an Internal & External Barrier treatment for the home.
We now have more tenants being required to take care of FLEAS and GENERAL Pests for End Of Lease Pest Control so we heavily recommend you check your Rental Agreement for specific wording ie FLEA Pest Control or FLEAS and PESTS to be sure. This could save you a lot of $ getting 1 end of lease pest control service only to find later that you now have to pay for another! Getting FLEAS and PESTS (general pests together is a lot cheaper) than both separately. See below for our MOVEOUT END OF LEASE SPECIALS.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK IN MY END OF LEASE PEST CONTROL ?
It is always best AFTER all cleaning is completed as mopping of floors or steam cleaning of carpets will strip our treatment away. We recommend scheduling your End of Lease Pest Control in THE DAY AFTER all cleaning is scheduled to be completed as Cleaning often runs over scheduled completion time.
WHAT IF I HAVE ALREADY MOVED OUT or WON'T BE AT THE END OF LEASE PEST CONTROL APPOINTMENT ?
That is no problem, you can hide a key for your home somewhere safe with cash payment in an envelope in the kitchen drawer or give us credit card details when you book. We can then take care of the End of Lease pest control service for you, place the key back in the safe location or lock it inside. Your credit card would be processed on the day of service and the tax invoice which you need for the real estate left in the letterbox, the kitchen bench or posted to you elsewhere whichever you prefer.
We also offer a PUP and DROP OFF KEY Service from Real Estate Offices for FREE if the Real Estate is within a 5 minute drive of the property. A $25 charge will apply for 5-15min drives.

Pricing and warranty applies where all Cleaning including Carpets have been completed, or warranties will be voided. Unfortunately cleaning can strip our treatment away which can render it ineffective.

IF YOU ARE MEETING US AT THE APPOINTMENT
* Eftpos Card * Cash * Credit Card (with a 1.95% Surcharge)
* Tax Invoice will be left with you at time of Service Appointment upon receipt of payment.
IF YOU ARE HIDING A KEY or for REAL ESTATE PUP/DROP OFF
* Cash in Envelope in Kitchen Drawer or
* Credit Card Details Upon Booking (we process payment on the day of service)
* Tax Invoice can be left in Letterbox on Kitchen Bench or Posted to you.
END OF LEASE PEST CONTROL CONDITIONS
* FLEA Treatment requires all occupants and or pets to be out of the house for a minimum period of 4 hours (or until the product is dry on the floors) whichever is sooner. All FLOORS (not just carpeted rooms) must be treated for Flea Protection. Outside pets must also be removed from the property for this duration of time.
* Prices INCLUDE GST and apply to all homes & houses up to 2 levels & 5 bedrooms in size. Please phone for larger home pricing.
